The Classification Of Milk
According to some reseach, milk is good for people's health. But some people don't like milk because it will make them get fat. In fact, milk can be divided into three groups: non-fat milk, low-fat milk, and whole milk. There is no any fat in non-fat milk and it is good for people who are afriad of gaining weight. Low-fat milk contains a little fat and it is more nutritious than non-fat milk. Whole milk contains more fat, and it's more tasty. Whole milk is good choice for people who are not afraid of gaining weight. Since milk is good for people's health, experts still suggest that people should drink more milk.
