Most people like to visit the country, especially on weekends in the summer, if you used to live in a large city, you would dislike the idea of having to live in the country for long time.
Live in big city is easy to buy anything that you need immediately. If you want a latest CD, it can be purchased at any hundred of CD stores, if you dont want to cook at home, yuo just go outside there will many restaurant can coose, you never worried about what we can eat. In fact, variety is the keynote of the city. Sometimes you will spent whole day in deciding what kind of shose or clothe to buy, because there are so many different kinds to choose from.
There is such a variety of enterainment in the city. First-run theaters, amusement centers, variely halls, bowling alleys, pub, and KTV, you can go there with your friend after work, or you just want realx you can go to the pub for some beer or whiskey and wach football game onTV, mean that you live in city you never feel bored an evening. It does not matter if you are too busy to see a good movie on day, it will be shown at asecond-run theater in the near future.
The city is so convenient. If Mother wants a plumber, or Father an electrician, just call on the telephone will bring one in an instant. In the country, may be have to wait days for a repairman, or have to repair by himself that may cost of much of his time and energy. If my sister wants the cosmetics she saw advertised on television one evening, she will able to buy them the next day. If we have no car, convenient busses, trains, and readily available taxis are around us, so that are very convenient fo us to go any where.
Perhaps the greatest pleasure of living in a big city is the happy felling of being in the know. With all kinds of conveniences and comfort available, the city citizen is living in the mainstream of modern life.
